Terms of service

Last updated: June 2026

These terms govern your use of Zrelic, operated by [Your registered business name and address] (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Zrelic.

1. The service

Zrelic provides hosted client portals for freelancers and studios. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the service for your own professional client work during the term of your subscription.

The service is available at [zrelic.com] and any sub-domains we provide. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@zrelic.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

Accounts are for use by a single studio. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

Zrelic is for coordinating legitimate creative and professional services. You must not use the service to:

  • upload or distribute unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or harmful content;
  • violate any applicable law or regulation;
  • promote gambling, adult content, or activities prohibited by payment-network rules;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another user’s data;
  • use automated means to scrape or extract data from the service without our written consent.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules without refund.

4. Your content and IP

You retain all intellectual property rights in the content you upload to Zrelic — your files, copy, client names, and creative assets are yours. By uploading content you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display it solely to provide the service to you.

You warrant that you have all necessary rights to share any content you upload and that doing so does not infringe any third-party rights.

5. Billing and subscription

Paid plans are billed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing page; your access continues until the end of the current paid period and no partial-period refunds are issued unless required by law.

Founding pricing: if you subscribe at a founding price, that price is locked in for as long as your subscription remains continuously active. If you cancel and resubscribe, standard pricing applies.

We may update prices on reasonable notice (at least 30 days). Price changes take effect at your next renewal.

6. Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guaranteefor new subscribers: if you don’t launch three client portals in your first 14 days, contact us and we’ll set them up with you or issue a full refund. Outside that window, no automatic refunds are provided, but please contact us if you have extenuating circumstances.

7. Invoice links and third-party payments

Invoice links you add to portals point to your own payment provider (such as Stripe, PayPal, or a bank transfer reference). Zrelic does not process those payments and is not a party to transactions between you and your clients.

8. Availability and service levels

We work hard to keep Zrelic available and reliable but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may carry out scheduled maintenance (with advance notice where possible) or emergency maintenance as needed. We will not be liable for losses arising from downtime beyond our reasonable control.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will meet your specific requirements or that it will be error-free.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or your use of Zrelic — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the greater of (a) the total fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) £100. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for breach of these terms or non-payment, or with 30 days’ notice for any other reason. On termination you must stop using the service; your data will be retained briefly to allow export and then deleted in line with our Privacy policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [England & Wales / your jurisdiction]. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [England & Wales / your jurisdiction].

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will give you at least 14 days’ notice of material changes by email or dashboard notice. Continued use after that period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
